A nice settle-down is the only way to describe how this past week went. Throughout the entire week we only had one submittable assignment. Unfortunately, it was my least favorite, a Research Assessment. This week I decided that I would take a step back and analyze a specific topic I studied, Platelet-Rich Plasma. I found that doing this led me to similar results but now I still feel like I am searching in the wrong spaces. I am probably going to switch my focus to Platelet-Rich Fibrin or other solutions not recognized yet. I'm starting to get into a space where there isn't much research which is why the solutions are so controversial. But I hope that by the end of this month, I have enough information to have full confidence.
By the title, I guess you are assuming we were preparing for the Business Symposium on October 5th. Well, you are right. This week in class we practiced interviews consistently. I've never had issues in the past with speaking and communicating with others. But I feel so much pressure to say certain things, not be awkward. However, when I interviewed the other classmates, I somehow felt less awkward when I was speaking with Mr. Green. I think it is because most of the interview questions I had prepared related to adults and professionals, asking of their experience whereas the students could not respond to those questions. This Thursday is coming up way too fast, but I think I'm ready. And I cannot wait to finally test my skills in a professional manner.
